The small church of St. Saviour

Its origin dates back to the 13th century; it contains medieval frescoes depicting (now partially) Saints Andrew, Christopher, who leads Child Jesus on his right shoulder and Michael, with the Roman balance in his hand. In addition to these ones, along the right-side wall, there is another fresco above which you can read “Santa Maria Mater Misericordiae”.
A wooden statue of the Madonna, in Byzantine style, is located near the side exit.
It was the first local parish church, replaced only in 1536 by the church located in the town center.
