Also known as Corte Bassa, was owned by the noble family Fracastoro of Verona.
Passing under the arch at the entrance of a building resembling a fortress, you will come to a 17th-century palace on whose façade you will see two perfectly preserved high reliefs depicting the heads of two tutelary deities, probably the god Apollo and the goddess Athena.
A wall surrounds the courtyard and the main entrance, and is marked by stone pillars on top of which there are two finely-worked obelisks. Towards the access road, the most significant element is a pigeon tower with two floors.
The palace is also remarkable, on whose facade there is a large sundial. The two floors of the building have large rounded-arch windows with balcony.
The two portals of access to the manor house consist of two side pilaster strip with a vaulted opening; to enter it, it is necessary to climb three steps. One of the two portals of access is placed outside the smaller building.
