Built in the 16th century by the local inhabitants as a vow for the averted danger after a tragic epidemic of plague, the church was built using morainic pebbles taken from the tilling of some fields, while the roof is a wooden tile-covered truss roof. It later became property of the family Cavazzocca Mazzante.
The facade shows a small rose window above a marble portal topped by a cusp.
The interior has a single nave where there are two baroque altars and traces of frescoes, as well as the statues of St. Sebastian and St. Roch inserted in recesses. The inside baptismal font dates back to 1556, while the altarpiece is attributed to the painter Paolo Farinati.
