The parish church of San Giorgio in Salici is dedicated to St. George Martyr.
Designed by the famous architect Luigi Trezza from Verona , above the entrance it is possible to admire a modern fresco celebrating St. George.
Inside, three Crucifixes, realized between the seventeenth and nineteenth centuries by local artisans, embellish the building.
Besides these, there are five altars: the main one is dedicated to St. George with a painting of the Saint supported by the Madonna, Child Jesus , Saint Anthony Abbot and the patron saints of the parish.
Other altars are dedicated to Sant’Eurosia, to the Madonna with Child Jesus and other Saints, the Virgin portrayed in a carved frame that shows the four Evangelists, while the last one is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
