San Salvar’s is an ancient church built to the North-West of the town center, along the road that leads to Palazzolo.
The church is an example of longobard architecture (VII-VIII sec. A.D.).
Inside there is a square based stele with a Roman inscription and a double baptismal font carved in an ancient roman headstone.
Interesting ancient frescoes have been found on the wall, under the plaster.
