Surrounded by an ancient green park, it features a staircase that reaches a circular tower called the Guglia.
Great panoramic view point, it was conflicts, even hand to hand, between Piedmontese and Austrians during the First War of Independence.
The windows of the facade are all topped by frames while the top of the building with a flat roof is surrounded by a balustrade railing.
Particularly interesting is the balcony of the entrance, supported by elegant cast iron columns placed on marble bases; on the first floor there is a patio door whose balcony is bordered by a railing matching the one on the roof.
Now owned by the municipality, it is used as a kindergarten and in summer the park hosts theatre and musical events.
